ULTRAFENCE™ 7-Year Limited Warranty

This document outlines the official terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the 7-Year Limited Warranty provided by ULTRAFENCE™ for its Paint Protection Film (PPF) products. By purchasing and having the ULTRAFENCE™ product installed, you agree to the terms set forth in this document.

1. Scope of Warranty Coverage

ULTRAFENCE™ warrants to the original purchaser that the ULTRAFENCE™ Paint Protection Film, strictly when installed by an Authorized ULTRAFENCE™ Installer, will be free from the following manufacturing defects for a period of seven (7) years from the date of original installation:

  • Severe yellowing, oxidation, or discoloration.
  • Blistering, bubbling, or peeling from the surface.
  • Cracking or crazing of the film.
  • Loss of adhesion entirely due to manufacturing faults.

In the event of a verified and valid defect, ULTRAFENCE™’s sole and exclusive obligation will be to replace the defective film. Note: This warranty strictly covers the cost of the replacement film only. It does not cover the labor costs associated with the removal of the defective film or the re-installation of the new film.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and explicitly excludes damage, failure, or degradation caused by, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Accidents, collisions, intentional damage, vandalism, or fire.
  • Impact from road debris, stone chips, deep scratches, or physical abrasions.
  • Improper installation by any party other than an Authorized ULTRAFENCE™ Installer.
  • Use of abrasive tools, stiff brushes, harsh chemicals, solvent-based cleaners, bug removers, or non-approved waxes and sealants.
  • Damage caused by pressure washers used improperly (e.g., holding the nozzle closer than 18 inches to the film or aiming directly at the edges).
  • Normal wear and tear or prolonged exposure to extreme environmental conditions, industrial fallout, or acid rain.
  • Pre-existing damage, rust, or defects in the vehicle’s original paint underneath the film.
  • Application on repainted surfaces or non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) paintwork.

3. Owner Maintenance Requirements

To maintain the validity of this warranty, the vehicle owner must strictly adhere to the following maintenance guidelines. Failure to do so may void the warranty:

  • Do not wash the vehicle or subject the film to heavy rain for at least 72 hours following the initial installation to allow proper curing.
  • Wash the vehicle regularly using only pH-neutral automotive shampoo and clean microfiber materials.
  • Remove bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, and hard water spots promptly to prevent permanent etching of the topcoat.
  • Do not use automatic car washes that utilize physical brushes or friction curtains.

4. Claims Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must comply with the following procedure:

  1. Contact the original Authorized ULTRAFENCE™ Installer who performed the installation within thirty (30) days of discovering the alleged defect.
  2. Provide the original, itemized installation invoice and the official ULTRAFENCE™ Warranty Certificate.
  3. Make the vehicle available for physical or photographic inspection by the authorized installer or an official ULTRAFENCE™ representative.

ULTRAFENCE™ reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim at its sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ULTRAFENCE™ disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ULTRAFENCE™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

6. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the ULTRAFENCE™ Paint Protection Film and the original vehicle on which it was installed.
